Please allow us up to 48 hours to share the tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, you should receive your order within 1-4 days depending on the shipping time to your country. You can also track your order here.

TRANSPARENT SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the tracking information within 1-2 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday), except on UAE & International Public Holidays.
If you have requested a contactless delivery/pickup, GoingAllIn will not be held accountable if the item is stolen. However, we can register the complaint with our courier partner accordingly.
An option for self-pick an order is always available, however, the courier company can hold a self-pickup request for up to 30 days. After 30 days if the package is not collected, the order will be marked completed & we will not be able to process returns.
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched it can not be changed or cancelled. A customer may choose not to accept the package, however, a return fee will be charged as per our return policy.

PAYMENT METHODS
CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS: We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners & Discover credit and debit cards.
All your card payments are processed through military-grade encrypted and PCI compliant payment processors like 2Checkout, BlueSnap, and PayTabs. We do not store any of your credit card information.
PAYPAL: PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance.
You can choose any of the payment methods in your account with PayPal as your preferred payment method in the Payments section of your account settings. If you select a preferred payment method, it will be shown as the preferred payment method when you make a purchase online.
CASH ON DELIVERY: This payment method is only available in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties and handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. We ship from Dubai and have listed down a few countries and their import fees based on our and customer experience.
United Arab Emirates:
No customs duties or taxes.
Saudi Arabia:
No customs duties or taxes.
Kuwait / Oman / Bahrain:
No customs duties or taxes.
United States:
No customs duties or taxes on orders below USD 800.
United Kingdom:
No customs duties or taxes.
We deliver custom duties & taxes paid to the UK.
Australia:
No customs duties on orders below AUD 1000.
Europe:
No customs duties or taxes.
We deliver custom duties & taxes paid to the EU Countries.
Canada:
No customs duties or taxes.
We deliver custom duties & taxes paid to Canada.
Rest of the world:
For countries and regions not listed above, you may be susceptible to local taxes and import customs duties. Taxes and Custom Duties will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country. You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
Unfortunately, GoingAllIn has no control over customs and import tax and we can’t tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to GoingAllIn and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping, handling and any other customs charges.
