We at GoingAllIn are excited to work with you through our affiliate marketing program. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality fitness apparel that is both stylish and practical. As an affiliate partner, you can earn commission by promoting our brand and products. Here is a breakdown of our affiliate program:

Commission Structure:

• Going All In shall pay 10% to the talent from the earnings of their discount code. The 10% will be paid per month upon the fulfilment of the duties and obligations of the Brand Influencer.
• The commission will be paid out monthly via Bank account or cash.

Benefits:

• 10 percent discount on any GoingAllIn products
• Regular updates on new products, promotions, and sales
• Invitations to exclusive events and collaborations with GoingAllIn

How to Get Started:

1. Sign up for our affiliate program through the affiliate platform provided. If you already have an account with us, login here.
2. Promote our brand’s products via a 10 percent discount code through various social media platforms.
3. Earn commission on every sale generated through the affiliate links.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The discount code will not be operational on our sale products.
2. Clause Dispute Resolution:

Our brand is committed to being sensitive about ethnicities, race, and gender. At the core of our brand's values is a deep understanding of the importance of inclusivity and equality for all individuals. Ultimately, we believe that being sensitive about ethnicities, race, gender, and violence is intolerant. Our commitment to inclusivity and equality runs deep, and expect the same from our affiliate partners. Therefore, insensitivity with regard to religion, violence, race, gender, and ethnicity will not be tolerated. In any scenario where a promotion is not aligned with the brand values, we have a two-day window (48 hours) after which our team shall contact you to align the post or further negotiate regarding the content uploaded.

1. Affiliate commissions are calculated based on net sales, excluding any taxes or shipping fees.
2. Affiliates are not allowed to use fake or misleading advertising in line with our brand guidelines as provided.
3. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate partnership with GoingAllIn in all promotions and communications. We require our affiliates to at minimum use 3 of the following hashtags: #sustainablefashion #ecofashion
4. GoingAllIn reserves the right to cancel the contract at any point if it is deemed necessary.
